Delivery
Delivery Terms.
We deliver within the territory of Bulgaria using the courier company Speedy AD in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
Orders placed before 16:00 on a business day are usually processed on the same day (for some orders delivery may take 1–3 business days). Orders placed after 16:00 or on non-working days are processed on the next business day. If the order is to a Speedy AD office, it can be received on the next business day, as well as on Saturday until 13:00. Delivery time for orders to an address is from 24 hours up to 7 business days. In most cases, delivery is on the next business day after dispatch.
If we are unable to deliver the ordered item, we will notify you by phone or email.
The customer has the right to inspect the received goods for compliance with the ordered product without damaging the original packaging or otherwise altering the product’s original condition.
The customer covers the transportation costs in both directions if the order is canceled after it has been sent by courier.
The return costs of goods under the Consumer Protection Act are at the customer’s expense.
Return Terms. Product Replacement.
When the delivered product visibly does not match the one ordered by the customer and this can be established through inspection, the customer may request that the delivered product be replaced with the correct one within 14 days from receipt, using the contact form.
The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
After the returned product is inspected by our team member, the customer will be notified via email about the result of the inspection and the dispatch of the correct product.
The return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Sending the replacement product to the customer may take up to 30 business days from the date the returned item arrives at aimmencare.com.
If the product is not unused and not in its original condition, aimmencare.com reserves the right to refuse the return and send it back to the customer’s address.
Refunds.

After the returned product is inspected by our team member, the customer will be notified via email about the inspection result and that the purchase amount will be refunded.
The amount will be refunded in the same way it was originally paid.
Refunds processed in another way may take up to 15 days and depend on the payment institutions used.
Refunds for payments made by debit/credit card may take up to 15 days.
All costs related to the refund process are at the customer’s expense.
